We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this place. The space is spacious, thoughtfully set up, and immediately felt comfortable and welcoming. Everything was laid out in a way that made the stay feel easy and relaxing, which we really appreciated.
It’s especially great for families, with plenty of room to settle in and unwind. The location is also a big plus — peaceful and quiet, yet just a quick 5-minute drive to Mendocino and its restaurants and shops.
Overall, it was a lovely, relaxing stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Super gorgeous space! Fabulous kitchen dining living room. Jacuzzi bath bathtub for two was amazing! Perfect location in Little River great pricing. One night coming home we got to see a beautiful fox and there were lots of deer around which was super bonus stuff!

My family and I enjoyed our stay so much that we booked an additional night. Every room in the house was so spacious and nice touches like laundry detergent and pantry items. We will definitely book again.

Great stay at the Little River cabin. Perfect spot near Mendocino and Fort Brag! Jonathan is a great host and communication was perfect throughout the process. The cabin has a great kitchen for cooking and has a super cozy vibe overall. We’d love to return again!

As others said - it feels like your (well off) friends house that you get to use. we loved it. large open floorplan. Great thought out design. I was able to relax there. yoga, star gazing, ocean air, fire places, jacuzzi, robes, and board games. ♥️

Loved staying at Jonathan's place! The house is gorgeous and the beds are super comfortable. Our 2 year old daughter loved the place so much she didn't want to go back to our actual house lol. Beautiful and peaceful area, and just a few minute drive from the village of Mendocino.
