We loved our stay in Little River. Jonathan’s house is stunning. It has a calming designer aesthetic. It doesn’t feel staged but more like a friend’s home you are lucky enough to stay in for a weekend. The surroundings are so calming, deer, turkeys in a beautifully landscaped space. Mendocino never disappoints. Cozy town with wonderful restaurants and local spots. Can’t wait to return!

Great little space, not far from the main road but felt totally peaceful. The property both inside and out is well maintained, amazing for a staycation or quick getaway. The shower is in fact very short but it still works fine, just need to crouch a little. Only about a 10 minute drive to the main part of Mendocino. Also super close to the pygmy forest which we really enjoyed!

wow! the home was so beautiful and clean. being near the road was a non issue. we walked across the street to see the blow hole (make sure to read the host welcome packet FIRST to get info on poison oak) and watch the sunset and it was incredible! we are at Little River inn and it was our favorite meal of our 5 day trip. wished we could have stayed longer. host was super accommodating and communicative. highly recommend

This place is amazing. Looks 100% like in the photos. Peaceful and serene. Mendocino is amazingly beautiful with many great hikes and State Parks around the corner. But if you just need a break and want to relax in beautiful surroundings, this is the place. If you drive an EV, make sure you a good amount of charge left, only "fast" chargers are in Fort Bragg. We loved this place and will be back

Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer! The cabin was so much more beautiful in person and was very well appointed and comfortable. Jonathan was very gracious and communicative. I hope to be back one day!

We had a great time at this property. It was quiet and private place to retreat and catchup with wonderful friends. It’s very close to Mendocino. I would visit again.

Absolutely beautiful home! Even better than the pictures. Jonathan was very easy to work with and very quick to answer my few questions. We stayed 5 nights and it just wasn’t enough! We especially loved the wood burning fireplace. No question I would recommend this place!

Jonathan was responsive and friendly. After a minor scheduling mixup, he went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and treated fairly.
This cabin seriously oozes charm. It feels very private and comfortable. For a romantic get away for two, this place is seriously hard to beat. Located within walking distance of gorgeous ocean views. We are excited to come back soon.

Jonathan's home in Little River was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. The place is super close to Van Damme State Park, so there's lots of great hiking and scenic views nearby. Jonathan was a great host and we'd love to stay again sometime soon!
