Loved my time and space. Cooked every night and enjoyed the wood oven fire. Close to outdoor adventures such as Mendocino Headlands State Park, Big River, and Fort Bragg. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Jonathan’s place in Mendocino. The house is beautifully decorated and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home, including robes and slippers.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils you may need - we especially loved using the cast iron skillet to bake pizza on our first night. The custom chess set was another highlight that we really enjoyed. The location is excellent, easily accessible, surrounded by beautiful scenery, and quite peaceful. 10/10 would recommend!

This was a wonderful place to get away. Not only was the place comfortable, clean and had all the amenities but it was close to so many local things to do/see. Upon booking I was sent a guest guide with local activities, hikes, restaurants, and store recommendations. It made planning our days and having options easy! It’s so close to many state parks and only 18-25 minutes to Fort Bragg. I highly recommend this cabin if you’re looking for a relaxing stay.

This was such an amazing place to relax after a long days hike. So close to so many outdoor activities yet so quiet and peaceful. Very clean yet also homey. Got woken up to the sounds of birds chirping. 100% would stay here again.

This place was a dream. We stayed here 3 nights to explore Mendocino, Ft Bragg and all around the coast. The place is spotless and perfect down to the little details like the the stocked laundry and coffee setup and the selection of board games. If you want a peaceful cozy place this is it.

Our stay here was absolutely magical. Jonathan is incredible, so friendly and helpful, providing all useful information and always responding our question/request promptly. The highlight of the entire home has to be the incredible natural light. We spent our mornings watching the golden sunshine stream through the large windows, creating such a warm and peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect backdrop for our slow mornings with the kids. The space felt bright, airy, and so connected to the beautiful Mendocino nature outside. We didn't want to leave!

We so enjoyed our time at Jonathan's place! It was beautifully decorated, cozy, super clean, and included everything you could want or need. The robes and slippers were a nice added touch. We really loved walking down to the Blowhole hike at the bottom of the hill through the cemetery...the most amazing ocean views and the sink hole in the woods was really cool! We would definitely come back!

Jonathan was a fantastic host. Everything went smoothly, and the house is stunning and tastefully decorated. It really enhanced our trip. We loved exploring Mendocino and the surrounding area. It’s a special place, and we would book again in a heartbeat!

Lovely stay in Mendocino. Located just 5 minute drive from the ocean and downtown Mendo, which has many great restaurants and shops. The space itself was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Thanks, Jonathan!

we really enjoyed our short stay - the cabin is perfect for a weekend getaway for 2-3 people.
we liked the design, it felt thought-through and quite cozy. the bed was very comfortable as well. we appreciated the bath robes and home shoes that we could use inside. it felt private and it was really easy to get to Mendocino and nearby hiking. we would definitely come back
